About the Role
We are seeking for Counting, Stacking and Packaging Staff to join our team at SA Colonial Tortilla Factory. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for ensuring our tortillas and products are counted, stacked, packaged, and ready for shipment with efficiency and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
-Count tortilla to ensure the correct quantity per package.
-Stack tortillas and other products according to production guidelines and customer specifications.
-Package tortillas into appropriate containers or bags and ensure proper sealing.
-Inspect products for quality control, ensuring all items are properly packaged and labeled.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area to meet safety and sanitation standards.
-Assist with labeling and organizing products for shipment.
-Work closely with the production and warehouse team to ensure timely and efficient operations.
-Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Residency is required and non-negotiable).
Female. 20+ years old.
Previous experience in food production or packaging is a plus but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks such as lifting, stacking, and standing for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
Good communication skills.
Working hours Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
