About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Associate to join our team at SA Colonial Tortilla Factory. As a Delivery Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our fresh, high-quality tortillas reach our customers promptly and in perfect condition. If you’re someone who enjoys working on the road, with a passion for customer service and efficiency, we would love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
-Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers within the designated area.
-Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor with customers.
-Verify order accuracy by checking the quantity and quality of items before departure.
-Maintain and keep track of delivery logs and ensure proper documentation is completed.
-Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring all products are safely stored during transit.
-Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to management.
-Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns in a positive, solution-oriented manner.
-Occasionally assist in organizing and preparing products for delivery when needed.
-Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and road regulations at all times.

Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Residency is required and non-negotiable).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in delivery or customer service is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Working hours Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
