Our special line is special because it does not contain preservatives and is as natural and healthy as it comes, even lime, which is a mineral preservative part of the nixtamalization process and naturally colored yellow, is washed profusely to avoid change in the tortilla's color. Because of this, orders will be sent out next Monday, fresh, vacumm sealed and properly refrigerated to preserve freshness and to avoid the product sitting at the carrier's office for too long.
